Excellent job of cleaning a grease stain out of a white area rug! Would use again.

They were busy and made sure that they worked us into their busy schedule. He found a problem and fixed it for me. I never would have known unless someone had climbed in the crawlspace, which he did and found part of our duct work had disconnected. It worked very well for us. Cleaning out dryer duct work, as I discovered is very important. Saved me from buying a new dryer.

Kyle answered my request the same day. He is an honest and fair man and very knowledgeable about the work I needed to be done. After getting a reasonable quote and talking with Kyle, I was confident I hired the right company. When the day came, his crew was prompt and started to work right away. They all are very hard workers and I so appreciate their work ethic. I would give Kyle and his crew 10 stars if I could. I will also be using their services again in the near future.

The weather was terrible the day they came out (ice/rain/snow/blowing wind). Kyle's crew wore protective covers over their shoes and they draped all of the stairs and basement floor with tarps. Kyle explained the vent cleaning process. His crew was extremely efficient and they cleaned up after themselves.

I am a first time customer. I called several places for quotes and some companies didn't even call me back. Kyle called me the next day to explain the cleaning process. Kyle and team did a terrific job. They were thorough and highly professional. They did an amazing job. We have off-white carpeting and with the heavy traffic in my home, our carpet looked dingy. Bewise made the carpet look brand new. They also cleaned wool area rugs that were quite old. Both area rugs were returned within a couple of day and looked brand new. All the stubborn stains were gone. I highly, highly recommend Bewise Master.

Kyle is very personable on the phone and in person. He told me what he would charge and what circumstances might increase the cost slightly. I knew in advance that the length of my dryer vent would probably cost me more. He also suggested and installed a guard on the outside to keep birds from getting into the vent pipe from the outside ($10 installed). Total: $150. I'm very pleased and will hire him again to clean my carpeting.
